How does sign-in work?
Mobile number plus OTP verification, with secure sign-in and sign-out. Where your device supports biometrics, unlocking uses the device’s own framework — OBolo sees only pass or fail.
My OTP isn’t arriving — what should I do?
Check signal and SMS permissions, confirm the number was entered with the right country code, and retry after the cooldown. Still stuck? Write to support at cred@mksdigitech.com with your number’s country code (not the full number in public forums).
Can I use OBolo on more than one device?
The app is built around your single verified identity; device and session management — including reviewing and revoking devices — is part of the platform architecture. Sign out of old devices when you change phones, and use recovery to restore your identity on a new one.
How much storage does the app need?
On iOS the download is about 219 MB; Android varies by device. Media you share and receive uses additional space, manageable through your device settings.
What are the minimum OS requirements?
iPhone: iOS 15.6 or later. Android: any recent device with Google Play. The iOS app also runs on Apple Silicon Macs (macOS 12.5+) and Apple Vision.
How do I delete my account?
Account closure runs from within the app under published policy: permissions end, your content is deleted or exported under product controls, and your Dynamic ID™ is retired — never reassigned to anyone else.
Can I export my data?
Data export under published policy is part of the platform’s user-control commitments — your identity, relationships and content are entrusted to the platform, not owned by it.
How do I contact support?
